Common Questions

How do I change my topics or schedule?

Open Nuwzly, tap the gear icon to open Settings, and update your preferences. Your next briefing will reflect the changes.

When is my briefing ready?

Your briefing is generated fresh based on your schedule. You'll get a push notification when it's ready to play.

How do I upgrade or manage my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app, or manage your subscription through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
